Groupe Bel, a cheese manufacturing company, whose head office is located in Paris, France, (hereinafter “BEL”), publishes the www.kiriarabia.com website (hereinafter “the Website”). The presentation and content of the Website are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property, for which BEL is the sole owner. The Website is hosted by Amazon Cloud Server (AWS) and managed by Leo Burnett. The functional and creative design, as well as the technical design and development have been performed on behalf of BEL by Leo Burnett FZ LLC.

1. Use of the Website

– Quality of information: BEL takes the greatest care and implements all means to provide quality information on the Website. However, BEL cannot fully guarantee the accuracy and exhaustiveness of this information contained on the Website. Therefore, BEL cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses of any kind due to any use or misuse of information, any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by printing, typographical or other errors, and/or information that could be revealed to be incomplete. – Access to the Site: BEL agrees to do its best so that the Website is accessible at any time. Nevertheless, BEL accepts no liability in the case of user difficulty in accessing its Website or interruptions in the connection, malfunctions, or technical failures of any kind, whatever the causes. 2. Conditions for moderating the Website

Comments or messages posted on the Site are moderated afterwards by BEL teams or by a third party on behalf of BEL. A time period from several hours to two working days may therefore elapse before a message is deleted or amended. Non-compliance with one of the following rules, in BEL’s sole discretion, will result in the deletion of the comment or message concerned:

• comments that are defamatory, racist, pornographic, paedophilic, encouraging an offence, crime or suicide,
• comments that are disrespectful of culture, religion, nationality, ethnicity or any groups of persons”,

4. Applicable law

The Site is subject to laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any claims or disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be finally decided in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC rules. Place of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. Language of arbitration shall be English. BEL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notification.
