Atayef Trifle

Rich and sweet in every layer! The Kiri Mango Trifle is the perfect dessert to bring for your Iftar gatherings.
Ingredients
- Ready Mini atayef (Asafiri atayef)
- ¼ cup Sugar syrup
- 1 cup of Diced mangos
- 240 grams of Whipping cream
- 100 grams of powdered Sugar
- 6 Kiri cheese squares
Cooking steps
- In a bowl, mix the diced mangos with sugar syrup
- Cream the kiri cheese using a hand mixer or stand mixer
- Whip the cold cream and slowly add the sugar
- Fold the kiri cheese mix with the whipped cream
- Put layer of Atayef, top with Mango sugar syrup mix, and add a layer of Kiri whipped cream
- Repeat until you reach the top of the mini glass jar, and garnish with sweetened mangos & pistachio
