Rich and sweet in every layer! The Kiri Mango Trifle is the perfect dessert to bring for your Iftar gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Ready Mini atayef (Asafiri atayef)
  • ¼  cup Sugar syrup
  • 1 cup of Diced mangos
  • 240 grams of Whipping cream
  • 100 grams of powdered Sugar
  • 6 Kiri cheese squares

Cooking steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced mangos with sugar syrup
  2. Cream the kiri cheese using a hand mixer or stand mixer
  3. Whip the cold cream and slowly add the sugar
  4. Fold the kiri cheese mix with the whipped cream
  5. Put layer of Atayef, top with Mango sugar syrup mix, and add a layer of Kiri whipped cream
  6. Repeat until you reach the top of the mini glass jar, and garnish with sweetened mangos & pistachio
