Ingredients
For the Potatoes
- 2 chopped potatoes
- Garlic powder and dried basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the Kiri Dip
- 5 Kiri Square Portions
- 4 tbsp of yogurt
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Cooking steps
Preparing the potatoes
- Season the potatoes and place them in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
For the Kiri Dip
- Mix all ingredients together until you get a creamy consistency.
- Put them in a serving dish.
Serving
- Decorate with pomegranates, parsley and olive oil.
- Serve with the potatoes.
