Sweet and sour Sambousek? Yes, please. Blow your special guests away with these Chinese Sambouseks.
Ingredients
- 25 Kiri squares
- 250 g ground chicken
- ½ cup grated zucchini and carrots
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic
- 1 tbsp 5 spice mix
- 1 pack spring roll dough
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup spicy Chinese sauce
Cooking steps
- Cook chicken with veggies, garlic, and ginger
- Shape Kiri squares into sticks
- Place spoonful of chicken mix on dough
- Place Kiri on top
- Add more chicken mix
- Roll it into spring roll shape
- Seal with egg wash
- Sprinkle olive oil
- Air fry until golden
- Mix Kiri and spicy Chinese sauce
- Serve
