Celebrate every win at Ghabka game night with the flaky and puffy Danish Pastry.
Ingredients
- 12 Puff pastry squares
- ½ cup ready made custard
- Pistachio powder
- 6 Kiri cheese squares
- 6 table spoons Sugar syrup
- Egg wash (1 egg)
- Dried rose petals
- Pistachio powder
Cooking steps
- Brush puff pastry square with egg wash
- Sprinkle Pistachio powder
- Add 1teaspoon of custard
- Place Kiri Cheese on top
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown
- Drizzle sugar syrup over the pastry
- Garnish with pistachio and dried rose petals, and serve
