Everyone’s beloved spinach fatayer – turned into a delicious Kiri Sambousek. Easy, tasty, and creative.
Ingredients
- 24 Kiri squares
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tbsp sumac
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 4 bunches of spinach
- 1 pack sambousek dough
- 1 egg
Cooking steps
- Cook onions with olive oil and spinach
- Sprinkle sumac and salt
- Place Kiri square in sambousek dough
- Press pomegranate seeds
- Top with spinach mix
- Seal dough
- Brush with egg wash
- Air fry until golden
