Everyone’s beloved spinach fatayer – turned into a delicious Kiri Sambousek. Easy, tasty, and creative.

Ingredients

  • 24 Kiri squares
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 4 bunches of spinach
  • 1 pack sambousek dough
  • 1 egg

Cooking steps

  1. Cook onions with olive oil and spinach
  2. Sprinkle sumac and salt
  3. Place Kiri square in sambousek dough
  4. Press pomegranate seeds
  5. Top with spinach mix
  6. Seal dough
  7. Brush with egg wash
  8. Air fry until golden
