Even the carrot cupcake could be done with Kiri. Enjoy you Kiri dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 2 gm Butter
  • ½ tbsp of baking powder
  • ½ cup of walnut
  • ½ cup of chopped carrots
  • 200 gm easy spread Kiri
  • 200 gm of butter
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla
  • 150 gm of baking powder

Cooking steps

  1. Put 2 eggs
  2. Add ½ cup of brown sugar
  3. Add ½ cup of white sugar
  4. Add 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  5. Add 2 gm of butter
  6. Add ½ tbsp of baking powder
  7. Add ½ cup pf walnut
  8. Add ½ cup of chopped carrots
  9. Put mixture in the cupcake pan and put in oven
  10. To do the frosting: In another bowl  put  200 gm easy  spread Kiri + And 200 gms of butter + 1 tbsp of vanilla + 150 gm of baking powder
  11. Add frosting on the cupcake
