Kiri Choco Kunafa Cups

Ingredients
- Kunafa dough: 11 grams
- Cooked Kunafa: 11 grams
- Pistachio cream: 32 grams
- Melted dark chocolate: 30 grams
- Whipping cream (35%): 160 grams
- 3 Kiri cheese squares
- Ground pistachio (for garnish)
Cooking steps
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Flip a cupcake pan upside down and wrap kunafa strings around each cup to create a cup or bowl shape.
- Bake the kunafa cups for 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Using a brush, coat the inside of the baked kunafa cups with the melted chocolate and chill them in the fridge.
- Mix the pistachio cream with the cooked kunafa bits. Add a spoonful of this mixture to each kunafa cup, cover with another layer of melted chocolate, and chill in the fridge again.
- Soften the Kiri cheese squares until creamy using a hand mixer. Add the whipping cream and whip in a stand mixer until you achieve a fluffy Kiri cream.
- Transfer the Kiri cream to a piping bag and pipe it into the kunafa cups.
- Garnish with ground pistachio and serve.
