Layers of fried bread, spiced vegetables and a creamy Kiri topping
Ingredients
For the Kiri Cream
- 4 Kiri Square Portions
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsps cumin
- Coriander
- Fried Bread
For the Toppings
- Fried eggplant
- Cauliflower
- Bell peppers
- Fried onions
- Fried almonds
- Parsley
Cooking steps
Preparing the Kiri Cream
- Mix the Kiri Square Portions, yogurt and mayonnaise, lemon, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Preparing the Vegetables
- In a bowl, mix the fried eggplants, cauliflower, bell pepper, half of the fried onions, salt and pepper.
- Take some of the cheese mixture. Add cumin, paprika and coriander then mix it with the vegetables.
Serving
- a serving dish, place the fried bread, and top it with the vegetable mix.
- Cover with the Kiri sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and fried almonds, the rest of the fried onions and some paprika. Bon appetit!
