Kiri Golden Saffron Tiramisu
Add a touch of luxury for dessert with Golden Saffron Tiramisu—where tradition meets Kiri creaminess.
Ingredients
- Heavy whipping cream: 240ml
- 18 Kiri cheese squares
- Granulated sugar: 100g
- Vanilla extract: 5ml
- Milk: 240ml
- Pinch of saffron strands (5-6 strands)
- 2 Cardamom pods
- 24-30 ladyfingers

Cooking steps
Saffron Milk:
- Add saffron strands and cardamom pods to a pot with milk. Bring it to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it rest for at least one hour.
Cream Mixture:
- Soften the cream cheese and mix it with the heavy whipping cream until smooth. Fold in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
Assemble:
- Dip the ladyfingers in the saffron milk and place them at the bottom of your serving dish. Add a layer of the cream mixture on top. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Garnish:
- Decorate the top with dried flowers and chopped roasted almonds and serve.
