A delicious ice cream box with crushed biscuits, Kiri cream and strawberry slices
Ingredients
For the Biscuit Layer
- 1.5 cups crushed biscuit
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- cup brown sugar
For the Filling
- 12 Kiri square portions
- 300g condensed milk
- 150g whipping cream
- cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon
- pinch of salt
Cooking steps
For the Biscuit Layer
- Grind the biscuits and add melted butter.
- Add brown sugar and mix well.
- Spread inside serving dish and place in the freezer.
For the Filling
- Add full fat milk and Kiri square portions to the sugar and mix well.
- Spread over biscuit layer, decorate and serve.
