Shawerma could also be done with seafood. Do this creative shrimp shawarma and easily enjoy the vibe of the sea.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of peeled and clean shrimp
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Shawerma spices
- 2 tablepsoons of chopped dill
- 2 tablepsoon lemon juice
- Tortilla bread
- Butter
- Creamy spread tub
Cooking steps
- Cook shrimps with butter & galric
- Add shawarma spices, salt and pepper
- In a bowl mix Kiri with chopped dill, lemon juice and minced garlic
- Spread Kiri dill mix on tortilla bread, top with shrimp
- Roll sandwich like shawarma roll
- Grill in a pan on both sides to make exterior crispy
- Serve on board, cut in half and serve with a side of Kiri dill dip
