Surprise loved ones with Kiri Tuna Melt—creamy & satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 3 tablespoons Kiri Glass Jar
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 lemon basil leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • Olive oil (for grilling)

Cooking steps

  1. Lightly brush the toast bread slices with olive oil. Grill them in a panini press or in a pan until they are golden brown and have nice grill marks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tuna, Kiri Glass Jar, chopped celery, chopped onion, pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Sandwich:

  1. Place a piece of grilled toast on a plate.
  2. Add a lettuce leaf and a lemon basil leaf on top of the toast.
  3. Spoon 1/4 of the tuna Kiri mixture onto the lettuce.
  4. Top with another piece of grilled toast.

Repeat the assembly process for the remaining sandwiches and serve.
