Ingredients
- 10 Empanada Sambousa dough
- ¼ cup of Finely diced mushrooms
- 1 Finely diced onions
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- 5 Kiri cheese squares
Cooking steps
- Cook the onions and mushrooms with garlic, salt & pepper
- Add Kiri cheese squares with the mixture and top with chopped cilantro
- Stuff each round-shaped sambousa with the Kiri cheese and mushroom mixture.
- Close them using a Sambousa tool or using your fingers
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
