Pastilla Sambousek
Sambousek with North African flavors. The simple mashup you didn’t know you needed to have on your main meal spread.
Ingredients
- 25 Kiri squares
- 1 ½ cups cooked pulled chicken
- ¼ cup finely chopped dates
- 3 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp onions
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack sambousek dough

Cooking steps
- Cook onions, garlic, spices together
- Add chicken stock, whisked eggs, and chopped dates
- Add almonds and cooked chicken
- Mix well and add Kiri
- Place spoonful of mix on sambousek dough
- Fold into triangle shape
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Air fry until golden
