Pistachio and Cardamom Kiri Greek Suhoor Bowl®
Ingredients
For the Raspberry Chia Jam
- 120 grams (1 cup) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
For the Kiri® Cream
- 4 Kiri® Greek Style Portions
- 300 grams (1 cup) plain unsweetened yogurt
Toppings
- 2 tablespoons pistachios
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Cooking steps
Preparing the raspberry chia jam
- Place the raspberries, honey, and cardamom in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mash the raspberries with a spoon, then turn off the heat and add the chia seeds. Mix to combine, then set aside.
Preparing the Kiri® Cream
- Place the Kiri® Greek Style Portions in a bowl and mash them with a spoon until they are smooth.
- Add the yoghurt, then mix to combine.
Serving
- Place the Kiri® cream mixture in a bowl. Top with the raspberry chia jam, pistachios, and chia seeds, then serve!
