Ingredients
- 10 Sambousa sheets
- 30 slices of grilled eggplant
- 5 Kiri cheese squares
- Egg wash
- Sumac
- Olive oil
- Garlic confit
Cooking steps
- Place the Sambousa sheet on working surface
- Add thin grilled layers of eggplant and Sprinkle sumac
- Place a Kiri cheese square on top
- Fold into a triangle shape and close with a flour water mix
- Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
