A delicious appetizer of seafood topped with a Kiri Cream sauce
Ingredients
For the Seafood
- 350g cleaned lobster
- 350g seafood mix
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 cups of mixed mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- cup of white vinegar
For the Kiri Cream
- 6 Kiri square portions
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup of crme fraiche
- cup of fennel (chopped)
- A dash of white pepper
Cooking steps
Cooking the Seafood
- Fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter until golden.
- Sprinkle flour while stirring continuously then add white vinegar.
- Add the lobster and seafood. Let them cook well.
For the Kiri Cream
- Meanwhile, mix the cream with the Kiri squares and the egg using a blender.
- Add the white pepper and fennel and mix again.
Serving
- Pour the sauce on the lobster and seafood. Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
