A light and healthy salad with greens, smoked salmon and Kiri cheese balls
Ingredients
For the Cheese Balls
- 8 Kiri Square Portions
- Roasted sesame seeds
For the Salad
- Mixed lettuce (iceberg, lola rosa, romaine)
- Baby spinach
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
For the Dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Cooking steps
Making the Cheese balls
- Form cheese balls with the Kiri squares.
- Roll them in roasted sesame seeds.
Preparing the Salad
- Arrange lettuce and spinach leaves in a salad bowl.
- Add the smoked salmon slices and distribute the Kiri balls all around the bowl.
Preparing the Dressing
- Mix the oil and mustard, stir in lemon juice and add oregano.
