A light and healthy salad with Kiri square portions, tomatoes and fresh basil
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 6 Kiri Square Portions
- 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
- 6 Kiri square
- 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
- 5 g fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking steps
For the Salad
- Place 6 Kiri Square Portions in a mixing bowl.
- Cut 1/2 kg of ripe tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl.
- Add 5 grams of roughly chopped fresh basil leaves to the bowl.
- Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over the salad.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the salad until the ingredients are evenly combined.
